Editorial policy

How we make every Easy Guide useful.

Our editorial process is designed to keep every guide clear, useful, transparent, and easy to review.

Selection and research

We choose questions with a practical outcome. Writers begin with first-party and authoritative references when a claim can change, then separate durable advice from details that need a date or local context.

Health, legal, financial, and safety topics receive extra care. Our guides do not replace advice from a qualified professional.

Writing and translation

Guides are written for understanding rather than search-engine repetition. Each language version should sound natural and preserve the meaning, cautions, and practical value of the original.

Technology, including generative AI, may assist with outlining, language review, or production. Editorial responsibility remains with Easy Guide, and material facts must still be checked against appropriate sources.

Updates and corrections

Each guide shows publication and review dates. When an important fact changes, we update the guide and its date. Meaningful errors are corrected promptly rather than silently preserved.

Commercial relationships do not buy a favourable conclusion. Sponsored or affiliate relationships, when present, are disclosed clearly.
